I don’t know how you guys understand how to play this game, my community is on the brink of madness and I lost 2 members the other day, I am also on neutral difficulty. This game is hard, idk how you guys progress.

Patience and prudence, mostly. Sneak whenever you can. A good car is valuable, preserve it as long as you can. When a zed's coming toward you, dodge through their space, then turn and backstab them (takes a bit of practice but it kills them more quickly than fighting). You can stand on your car and shoot through windows at Plague Hearts.

When I first started it was really hard for me, but then you get used and learn about the importance of skills and so on, another important piece is to finish the game for the first time with a builder. Use a crossbow in every possible situation. Only resort to pistol or other guns if you absolutely have to. Know when to run. Sneak around everywhere you go. Stealth kill as much as possible. Im playing on nightmare difficulty working on transitioning to lethal. It definitely takes patience and stealth
