State Of Decay 2 Lethal Darkside Lets Go Beyond Lethal Fresh Start Episode 1

This mod has all the things in it that will make it the most realistic survival simulation possible on top of the base games lethal difficulty loot will be scarce plague hearts will be extremely challenging outposts will be something you have to actually work for and Blood Plague will actually be a real threat so sit back guys and enjoy the series i dont think i will beat it this time guys.

So after playing I have decided to further nerfing the among the dead trait I feel it’s kinda on the OP side lol so we have cut the total stamina in half to 54 you will notice the change in episode 3

when i see that trait i was thinking "man its going to be so op" because best way to survive in this game is not fighting with zombies. And this traits does that

The nerf it needs is to still aggro enemies when they're within melee distance (2-3ft away). The health and cardio things don't really matter if you never get spotted

This game has insane authentic atmosphere... the game itself is deeply flawed but this atmosphere is what draws me in again and again

@@let4be I enjoy the atmosphere as well. I play the game pretty much whenever I have free time to do so. Yea, there are some flaws but so it is with every game I have played. I have learned to give games a tone of slack seeing how glitches, mechanic flaws, etc are inevitable. What I do love about this game over others is the mass replayability and game depth. There is a lot to maintain and look after, granted much could be perfected/tweeked, but given the current state I still hold this in my top 5.

Damn, if only this game had more depth in gameplay while having those audio and effects and graphics it would be legendary! Base building needs some love from devs... I also hate that you cannot clean your base from corpses and garbage, cannot control lighting and cannot put any decorations, those could give minor moral bonuses and moral debuffs when not done...

I'm over here struggling harder than ever on just fresh start lethal let alone darkside. This makes the hardest difficulty on Witcher 3 feel like a cake walk. You sir, are a glutton for punishment lol. Thanks for the inspiration 👍

They definetely should add more customizability to bases, but it maybe harder to balance. If anything I think you should be able to use empty space maybe by paying some influence. Too bad game is do limited in this aspect

Neru & you surprised the f*$k out of me the first time I did a playthrough of this UPDATED mod. I lost a NPC due to them trying to use a screwdriver against feral pack pack, bloater, & screamer at the starter base. Nicely played!! LOL. I love surprises. I purposely looted a couple of the military outposts before hitting it up for my second playthrough just because NPC's are not too "UNRELIABE" in Lethal PERIOD lol

I did exactly what you did when I started my lethal zone play through. Went to the gun shop then the military stash. Among the dead is like the ultimate stealth skill

I still believe, if it's going to be Lethal; start seperated from the other two you spawn with, having to search and rejoin then, surviving along the way, THEN settle your first base. Obviously having the player try to survive a feral attack, horde, screamer AND Jug on the way to EACH of the other 2. Once together, settling the first base by clearing out of the plague versions of what you just went through. Or having to save each player from being overwhelmed by the zombies with a timer, because they got split up and into trouble. Because even in the lethal Darkside, the players not that contested at the very beginning. I thought maybe as soon as we spawn, within seconds hearing a plague feral(s), or plague jug (s), and having to survive before I can even loot the vehicle. That's just me. Anyhow happy hunting.

Was reading the description of this mod on the discord and I think I gotta try it. The game gets WAY to easy even on lethal mode within a couple of days. Sounds like this basically scales the difficulty infinitely

I got a among the dead surviver rolling random, I didn't know why so low hp but I understood rapidly how it works. Is like having a permanent scentblock. Is very powerful maybe too powerful.

It’s part of the mod you just have to roll one but it’s the rarest trait in the game

I typed in to kesha that she won't be able to contact me until it's finished... the album I think. Anyway she made a video "send me an angel" but she is on the other side of a spiritual barrier and to break the barrier is "Project Rumor" purpose... its complicated 😔 Cole can contact her and she needs to give him the "poem of the archangel" that I gave her. So he can make the music for the lines of the poem = song titles... each one is a different radio station type of music. Anyway if you contacted Cole before his Sunday live stream... his dad reads them... if you asked him to talk about the project with you... Anyway just understand Kesha can't contact me till the barrier is down. But if you step up... I think she after being pulled into the project by Cole will be able to contact you then. And you her. 18 years of trying to contact schools and colleges freely explaining how to harness gravity and no response = barrier. Figuring out its a paradox one. The mathematical impossibility of it is my inability to refuse the truth of it. And Kesha is on the other side of it from me

Yeah it’s the trait the survivor has called among the dead it’s the rarest trait in the game in this mod it makes your survivor invisible to zombie to a certain extent with a lot of drawbacks to balance it out
