@@jeanmarienuno8979 My mother could sleep okay but would go to work tired some days. My dad complained all the time about not sleeping. He drank a little wine, then a rum and orange juice. Then, back to my mother's jug win. My mother liked a small glass of wine. She could not handle her liquor. My mother knew it. She knew it and did not drink a lot. I always wondered if my dad was an alcoholic. He could stop Anytime he wanted. He stopped drinking two times and smoking 2-3 times. Seven years before he died.

Such a great talk especially about people showing up for you. I've had people show app for me, but I've never had people consistently be a true friend because after a point they didn't want to hear my problems even though it was still bothering me and some even do you know how many times I listen to you when I wanted to talk yet? It was a person That had had problems their entire life and I was there in the one time that I was going through a rough time. You couldn't handle being there for me and it was my best friend and now she's dead. My ex-husband who promised to love me forever. Tried everything he could to destroy me and take my kids from me. So I really don't have let's trust in people.I know my mom tries her best, but she never healed from her childhood drama.And that's why she has such mental issues and doesn't want to solve problems, because she doesn't know how and now she keeps telling me she's too old and it doesn't matter. This made me cry. 😢😭 Thank you both. Thanks Maurice for State of Mind
