In my experience - Gather more biocaps (need approx 170k per event) for Rays casino so you can make 120 spins and get the last crate. It's the best event to win tone gold fragments for f2p. Manage to do it twice or 3x in a row to get almost maxed character until he disappears from the casino. About spending biocaps - only speeding up 600bc for gathering speedup is worth it - cause training T10/11 & healing takes a lot of rss. And VIP is good advice. I'll add buying maps for gear in f2p because they are hard to get. Don't buy red hats. Just hit few rallies to tower with your team on capital event. You don't have to win the tower - hitting the wall also gives points in the event. Do it few times to gather 120 red hats. Badge tags will be harder to get so if you want to spend bc on sth buy those.
