The soothing warm sounds of the modular synth vibrates your ear drum in a way that goes on to stimulate your GABA receptors and sends out signals to cancel your cortisol and norepinephrine; leaving you feeling relaxed and if you relax enough - you can trigger an endorphin release. That's the power of sound. And you hit the spot 👍😁

This is classic SA musical inventiveness at its best! It might not be on the top 10 list of mainstream [pick genre] music fans today, but the sound that he creates will be heard and sought by many in the coming years. And no, I do not own a crystal ball, but the sonic atmosphere that State Azure is able to create is so timeless and transcendent that hopefully audiophiles around the universe will continue to discover his work for many millennia far beyond our own... 🙏 thank you SA as always for these musical delights! 😃

@@mrjohnnytoobad if you think we are alone in the vastness, you cannot conceive if it's grandeur and scale. Infinity does not end on the horizon of redshift. The oldest structures in our universe look surprisingly like much newer ones, there is no radial isotropy to indicate a "BigBang" actually happened, the bounds and elements supporting life beyond earth predicate and demand it's existence. We simply cannot be alone, no matter how alone we feel right now. Trillions of yellow stars like our sun have coalesced from primordial plasma millions and billions before our own, life is a statistical inevitability created by the structure of the universe and it's physics, the very laws of nature created people, those same laws will create life wherever they can.

Where there is harmony there is pace and with pace everything is possible. I say that from experience with a purpose towards humans because they can be creators of their own. I take the work of the musicians to gain harmony and pace that I channel into the living. Harmonious energy can be used to do things that are not normally possible. In a harmonious mind, there are no thoughts that would make the person think otherwise apart from what comes out of the heart. Once that is mastered, a co-creator is born. I liked the guitar part very much. I could use a 15-20 minute version in my work of spirit and heart.

Hi SA, really enjoyed this live. Another question if I may about your HW FX setup. You use two stereo pairs on your audio unit (what is that by the way?) are your HW FX units then daisy chained to each other so stereo pair from audio unit to first HW FX then they daisy chain and last unit in chain stereo pair back to audio unit.
@stateazure
@stateazure 2 жыл бұрын
Hey IP, glad you enjoyed the show! It works like this: A stereo pair output is used from say my RME audio interface 1/2 OUT and that goes directly into the Zoom MS 70CDR pedal then El Capistan, > Timeline > Big Sky > Microcosm > DittoX4 (last pedal), then from the DittoX4 stereo pair straight into a stereo pair Input on the audio interface, say 3/4 IN. In Bitwig I use the HW FX unit on a Send channel, which is already pre-configured to send out via 1/2 OUT, and IN via 3/4 IN and saved as a preset, so every time I load it up it's ready to go. Being on a Send, I can simply turn up the Send amount on a particular instrument/soft synth/whatever I'm using and it'll go out and through all the pedals back into the DAW/Send.

I have an ERM Multiclock, but I haven't used it for a long time, the last time was when I needed a stable clock for my DAW to the modular equipment, but these days I don't really use need use it as I tend to do the sequence/arps on the DAW instead of on the synth itself, otherwise I'd probably need to hook it up again.
