In 15:48 I am convinced that the nodes and the antinodes of the wave in anti phase are drawn incorrectly, they should be the opposite

At around 9:00, for the waves to become in anti phase from being in phase do they not need to be moved 1/2 an oscillation across rather than 1/4?

since both the waves are moving in opposite directions its actually only 1/4

that last question is worded incorrectly. the rope is 7 metres long, that doesn't mean the distance between the two people is 7 metres you would need to have the amplitude of the rope, or the actual distance between the two people to work out the wavelength.
