The green ink is so pretty. I also bought the pearlescent kaweco. It always make me smile when I see it 😂

I don't know if it is a good thing that I think of Kawecos only as toy pens and not like serious writers - but I do enjoy playing with my toys every day 😅

I have that rohrer and klingner green ink too - so affordable and so pretty 😍😍😍

Yes, I'm glad that I finally gave in and bought it 😅 And maybe I would have bought it already sooner if I would have known how affordable it is - but better late than never 👍🏼

I'm so tempted to grow my ink collection... 😬

@@Katiplans oh yes, there are so many pretty inks and sometimes I think we can use them to paint and swatch and decorate as well, not just inking pens! but gotta watch my budget and my actual usage. Takes a while to use a whole bottle!

I think everything you ordered from Stilo e Stile was well-priced and also all of the items are useful and good quality-kudos to that! 💕 The clear Kaküno in EF has been on my wish list for quite a long time now, but I haven’t bought it so far because I told myself that I already have the Lamy Vista and the Kaweco Student in All Clear; I do not need another demonstrator pen.

Haha, for me that sounds like you would say I already have one green pen so I don't need another green one - and I know some collect (only) green fountain pens - and I like demonstrator pens - but if that reasoning works for you that's great 😅 For me Kaküno Clear in EF is a different pen than Kaküno Clear with F nib 😉 And you know that Lamy, Kaweco and Pilot - especially Pilot EF are totally different writing experiences. And also the Kaküno is cheap. So I would say if you really want it, go for it. But I can also say that the Kakünos are not my favorites, so you might not miss anything for not buying one. I may ask, why the pen is on your wish list? What do you think it will bring into your life? 🙂

@@Katiplans LOL don't challenge my reasoning not to spend money! 😂 I want it because I'm curious about the steel nib Pilot uses - so far, I only know the Vanishing Point nib units and those have gold nibs. Also, I expect the Kaküno to be a very fine writer - great for the tiny Hobonichi grid. Plus, I love demonstrator pens because you always see exactly how much ink is left, and the ink colour you use changes the look of the pen.

🫣🤭 I didn't say a word 😅 I only add that if you want a very fine writer I think that the Pilot Penmanship pen has a finer EF nib than the Kaküno EF has. It says on the Penmanship nib Super Quality so I assume that is the reason for the EF nibs to write so differently. And I prefer the Penmanship EF over the Kaküno EF.

@@Katiplans Alright, thanks for telling me about your experience! 💙 Maybe that's going on the list instead now... 😂

Well, it depends of course do you like bold or fine small writing 🤔 I have in both Lexington Gray and I use the Penmanship EF as normal writing and then the Kaküno EF for headings and bold writing. But I was surprised how different they are, because I was expecting them to behave the same way, and my only explanation was the Super Quality text on the other nib. I was a bit disappointed that the Kaküno EF wasn't as fine as the Penmanship EF. But of course, if you want the smiley face then you have to go with the Kaküno 😉 Okay, now I feel I have said enough. I don't want to mislead anyone with my opinions because it all comes down to preference - and what ink you use... and and and argh STOP 😂
