Happy Wednesday my friends 🤗💛 I hope you are doing well🎶 My life is getting a bit upside down as the schooling schedule of my kids had changed. Mostly because my second boy started primary school. How about you? Regardlessly, I hope you well and safe 🙏💛

I found nothing lazy about your gyoza. Or anything you do. Your meals are thoughtfully planned out and take a lot of work. Two growing boys and very busy school is a lot. I see how much you love your family. I felt happy that the boys get small treats now and then. Makes it special. My Mom was like that too. I miss her so much. She passed in December. But I know she still watches over me.

You are an excellent mommy! And a great cook. When you made the gyozas my mouth was watering! Then the pork and cabbage, oh my goodness! 😋 Today we are mixing organic matter and fertilizer into the garden plot. I think next weekend my little plants will be ready to go into the dirt. Except the squash, a bird stole all my seeds right out of the cups. I had to replant. And I've got the cups covered with netting, so our feathered friends can't get my seeds again. 😂 The challenges of growing food. Send much love to you and the family. 💕

Hi Linna, I love the beautiful flowers you are growing on your balcony! And how wonderful you have lettuces, too! You have inspired me to try to grow some lettuce here. We have problems with wild rabbits eating our vegetables, but if I put the lettuce in raised beds like yours maybe they won't be able to get to them. Thank you for sharing your recipes and how your sons are doing! Blessings to you and your whole family.

I just love the stationary in Japan. As a student I used to come into these 100 yen shops so much. Still sad that they isn't something similar here where I live now. The jelly cups are so nostalgic! I used to eat them for breakfast. The chicken stew looks delicious, I think I would make the second batch into a kind of gratin dish. Everyone in my family loves gyoza, but indeed the traditional wrapping takes so much time! Why haven't I thoight about making stick gyoza instead hahaha should do that next time. I totally inderstand the worrying; my daughter will change school for her last 2 years of elementary due to bullying so I worry so much. I think I'll spoil her with the pokemon breads and make a float this summer when we are back in Tokyo :) Hope your son is enjoying his new school.

I always look forward to your videos. You've also given me many meal ideas for my family to try. Though some ingredients are hard to find where I live in my small town in Pennsylvania, USA, it's always very tasty. Thank you for the peek into you and you family's lives and for inspiration for meals and the flow of my family's everyday lives.

Hi Linna! Good luck to your boys!! You are an excellent mom! Your meals looked fantastic. Everyone needs a special treat sometimes! Stationery shopping is fun! I feel the same as you! My son will change schools in September, because here in Greece, school year starts in September. I am very nervous about it because he really loves his teacher and he doesn't want to change her or his classmates. I think I will have a challenging September! See you in your next video!

I am so curious about school in Japan. I see videos sometimes of their school lunches and they look so much better than ours here in California. Do the children all learn kanji, katakana, and hiragana? What about English? Do they need to bring all of their own school supplies? Sadly, most children here do not need to learn another language until high school (14 years old and up) or even university. But the public school system provides their supplies (except backpack and lunch bag) in the younger grades.

Please be careful when handing raw chicken, it is safer to cut your veggies before the raw meat, since the raw meat juices can be contaminated and stick to the other products.
