Sir, March April me CGL mains hoga ..toh uski preparation me kaafi problems aayegi nahi because no Library..room me 2-4 log ..table bhi common. Kuch solution btaye sir. I am selected through swr zone.

Yes you have to. After posting inform about your exams to railway that you have appeared for so and so exam and will require NOC if selected. ( consult your dealing clerk about this - sits in Hq)
