That is definitely not status quo, that is Francis Rossi and friends tribute band.

Been a Quo fan for many, many years. Good call from Rossi, saying this is most likely their last tour. Their music still gives me a buzz, but feel it is time they hung up their guitars and we can live with the memories. Oh, and can someone please tell Rhino, love him as I do as a bass player, that he can't sing!

Rhino may be a nice guy, but I couldn't accept it when he was asked to replace Alan on bass. For me, a Quo bassist has to play with a pick, which Rhino probably can't or doesn't like. I won't even start on his inappropriate headless bass. But now that he's taken over Rick's vocals, the limit of what is tolerable has definitely been exceeded.

@@Klaus80804 Agreed. I preferred Alan, but Rhino playing bass didn't spoil any show I went to. His singing, on the other hand, lead me to saving my money and watching old clips on here instead!

Why this mess instead of the clever and flowing Mystery medley year in and year out? What you're proposin' and SBYBIL should be in the set whole tunes. F, f, f I swore not to complain but it's hard being a Quo nutter 😂

They should play proposing as a whole song, then creeping up in a shorter version,, put spinning w. b., Claudine in, oriental, something bout you... out. My. Live set would make fans more happy, but....

War früher eine Top Band selber nach getanzt und in den 70-80 auf vielen Konzerten gewesen,aber man muss wissen wann man aufhören muss.

Einerseits hast du recht aber vorher hör ich mir noch die Quo an, auch wenn sie früher besser waren. Aber ich bin auch nicht mehr so schön - haha!

Seid 1976 sehe ich Quo live.. blue for you Tour..tausende schon um 16 Uhr vor der Westfalenhalle in Dortmund...bin absoluter Parfitt Fan ..immer unten vor ihm beim Gig. Mehrmals Backstage ..das geilste im den letzten Jahren waren die Konzerte mit Alan und John Besetzung ❤aber wollte nach den Tod von Rick nicht mehr hin weil ohne Parfitt ist das kein Quo mehr. Fairerweise musste ich feststellen das Richi seinen Job Top macht und sie klingen live besser wie in den 70er Jahren.Natürlich ist die Power weg..aber die Leute sind zum Teil über 70 Jahre alt und Rossi hat schon immer sein Schlager Sound drauf gehabt.Alan und Rick waren früher der gegen Part..die sind nicht mehr da...Leider.. deshalb zum Teil dieses Rossi lastige Schlager gedudel...und immer die gleichen Ansagen...aber aber Quo bleibt Wuo😊

A tribute band is a band with hobby players. You compair this band with the SQ in the 70s. You like the 70s, then throw away your smart phone. I was born in 1962 and was growing up with Quo. Of course it's not the same sound. Down Down is not the same sound like Queenie. Are you sure that the people would pay 70 Euro and more for a tribute band?

Vielleicht liegt es an der weiterentwickelten Technik das es nicht mehr so klingt wie in den Siebzigern.

@@stefanpfeiffer2100 In manchen Fällen ist das sicher ein Grund, ein weiterer ist, das man den Sound manchmal anders in Erinnerung hat, als er wirklich war.
