Haven't played Astro Bot myself (I don't have a Playstation) and while I don't really give a hoot about the Game Awards, it's pretty nice to see a wholesome rated-E 3D platformer gain the spotlight for once after so many years of "narrative" garbage. It's what it represents that matters: gaming made for the sake of entertainment without trying to be "deep". It's unfortunate to see so many 'anti-woke' types get mad that their favorite coomerbait and CCP-created titles didn't win GOTY. And neat that you got the Nujabes's Metaphorical Music LP! Have you ever checked out Samurai Champloo before?

exactly what i feel for the game awards, great take. and yes samurai champloo volume 1 in particular is probably the best soundtrack for any show in my opinion. constantly have that shit on shuffle in my car lol
