love this series Donny, one piece of input tho. When you mention the sun dried tomato pesto I think it would be useful to 1) mention you have a video about making it (make one if you haven't) and link it in the comments, and 2) mention an easy alternative if someone doesn't have those available. That example is pretty easy to recreate if ou post a video about it, but for future recipes you may use other ingredients that someone not in a big city wouldn't have access to. Just a thought! I'm really enjoying the videos though.
