**Recipes**
*Beef Ribs: Bake at 400 F for 1.5 hrs
Generous amount of salt
Pepper
Generous amount of oregano
*Oven baked chicken: 410 F for 1.5 hr (or until crispy)
Chicken quarters
Olive Oil
Mild red pepper paste
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Paprika
Italian seasonings
Salt
White pepper
*Fish cakes: Cook 2 minutes each side in vegetable oil over medium heat
Cod fish (boiled twice)
Flour (one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency)
Sugar (teaspoon)
Baking powder (table spoon)

Italian seasonings

Cumin
Curry powder

*Banana muffins: bake 375 F for 10-16 minutes (or until firm in the middle)
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons melted (or room temperature) unsalted butter
2/3 light brown sugar packed
1 egg room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas
*Apple cinnamon muffins: Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes (or until firm)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 Apple
1 egg
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*Peanut butter cookies: 375 F (10-15 minutes)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
1 egg
2 table spoons of flour (optional)
Pinch of baking powder
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
