Stay away from pollo loco at 631 long beach blv...
It is BAD BAD news...
Food quality Zero....chicken looked like routen and tasted like yesterday re-hot chicken.
Customer service minus zero...employee was laughing of me when I demanded juice, fresh and hot chicken...
Restaurant cleanliness...zero ...tables was dirty, floor was wet (somebody could have fall)...and restrooms were flooded...
Don't say I did not WARN U!!!!!
