I’ve been watching you for years literally 10 years now and all I’ve seen is bullshit and degraded with Chinese people and their culture, so why are you with the Chinese or not? It doesn’t seem like you do your job as a hand on the open contract you seem to be making videos just to make videos and you seem to chime well with Chinese immigrants I think everything you do is bullshit and I am done with you after 15 years almost I’m completely done with your bullshit

Back in the 90's, I was a civil war reenactor/historian. One thing I learned was how absolutely fantantasic our pork feasts were. Pork, sausage, bacon, pork belly and ribs all in a dutch oven on our camp fire. Some rebs must have smelled it because they came over and said "save the grease!" We pulled out the pork and they poured some white corn meal into the hot grease and formed a dough that they then wrapped around our ramrods and we toasted it over the fire. They called it Sluche or sluice (not sure of the spelling). Yeah, there was a bit of a FFF taste but it was still the best thing I've ever tasted off the campfire.

There is a food stand in my town at a marketplace that has been in the rotissery chicken / grilled pork belly business longer than I have been around , must be around 50 years, my mum remembers it back from her college days. They serve the juiciest, softest pork belly I have ever eaten. My mom used to bring it home from time to time as a treat when I was kid / teenager, as she worked next to the market place, my colleague from work grew up on the next street to it, whenever we get a nostalgic craving, down to the stand it is!
