Same here I've dealt with anxiety and depression lately and I sat against a my wall and thought all the negative thoughts. Then that spirit in me said get up keep fighting. So I went and walked my dog, then went running the next day and do so every day now. We got this, you got this!

@2:42 I am a single parent who decided to go to medical school. I am in my first semester, and I moved to a new place with my son alone. With time management, and commitment I have been able to pass the exams. there are other parents at my medical school here too. Some are single, some have supportive spouses, some have their children with them and others entrusted their children to loved ones while they complete their medical education. Just because you become a parent doesn't mean that you have to give up on your dreams.

Don't try to build a brick wall but, instead lay a brick everyday and you'll eventually find yourself standing infront of a brick wall. Life is a marathon and you can apply this concept everytime you feel demotivated, it's not about how fast you go, what's important is the direction in which you're going, no matter what move forward, if you can't run, walk and if you can't walk then crawl.NO MATTER WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH DON'T STOP. I partly agree with 01:50. People SHOULD follow their passion. Curiosity can be converted into a new passion. To quote Jill Wootton, "the ultimate driving force of your life are the blueprints in your subconscious mind". Acting on your curiosity can stir a passion you previously weren't aware of. But ultimately, you have to follow your passion, and your efforts will seem less of a chore.
