I love this so much. He's performing at a library, for pete's sake- what could be more punk- and pro-literacy- than that? Rock on Mick. x

Stay Free is on the SHORT short list of songs for if I were ever told I could only hear ONE more song in my life. It's gotten me through the best and worst of times. There's always those couple of lads, though, that this song never fails to reminds you of. Some, you wonder where they are now, and some, you wish they were still here, if nothing else, so you could wonder where they are...

Mick wrote the ONLY national anthem of England ! I'm back in an instant 30 years ago and this remembers me that The Clash is still the greatest punk rock band of the universe ! Thanks for the document, I can't tell how much this band is missing to my life even after all these years ! ;-)

I have the clash, stay free tattooed on my chest. A reminder to always know where i came from, the people i met who were good and bad, the stupid choices i made, and to always stay free. Whatever stay free is open to personal feelings.
