It’s not about people judging her, it’s about accountability. The scripture tell us that if our brothers and sisters sins, to point out their sin amongst the both of you. No one is passing judgement but holding her accountable as a woman who knowingly married a pastor of a church. As a Christian who fully submitted to God, I had to change my lifestyle and walk away from a lot of things I loved. As a First Lady being a part of show that doesn’t reflect Christian values or a Christian lifestyle, it looks bad on her and her husband. They are leaders over a congregation that they are to lead to righteousness.

Unequally yoke is not is not just about believer and unbeliever. The 2 can be believers, but have different beliefs/value systems about marriage, finances, raising children, etc. which could cause problems in the relationship. The Bible says how could 2 walk together except they agree?. If you don’t agree in these areas which the Bible speak about as well, this could lead to an “unequally yoked” relationship. They are joined together but going in 2 different directions in various area. This will eventually cause someone to compromise their values and beliefs to adhere to the other. I’m not saying that’s the case with them, but we can be “unequally yoked” multiple ways.

The karmic thing about being a mother who is a bully, is that you teach your children to be bullies and often the kids will test their bully behavior on that very parent. I feel like Shauni is a closeted bully with a very inauthentic personality which was highlighted on Basketball Wives and has seemingly carried over into her role in the church. The chuch is where she will feel and experience every mean spirited thing she has ever done to those women on BBW. One way we do that is by looking at the fruit of tree(person) bears in their walk to be more like Christ. None of us are perfect, so there is no condemnation in relation to that. However, as a leader, he is held to a different standard by Christ in evangelism. They are clearly unequally yoked, and that can be problematic to him personally and in ministry. Although,the title of the video is misleading as that's not what happened her behavior is not one that is leading with love. It leads with vanity and messiness, which falls in line with her TV brand. How a pastor's wife should "behave" is subjective, but as a child of God, the guidelines are pretty clear. Hopefully, he has a positive influence on her, but God prompts us to be mindful of the company we keep for a reason. Dark spirits corrupt us without us even knowing if we arent watchful. You pray and intercede for those people....not marry and keep them as close company.
