ご質問ありがとうございます。お調べしたところ、ザ ロイヤルパークホテル 銀座6丁目の客室には窓にハンドルが付いていますが、安全上の理由から、通常は開閉できない仕様となっている様です。換気は客室内の空調システムで行われているそうです！

I heard that jazz and old English songs were being played in the background. That was an odd choice for background music for this blend new hotel that apparently has a lot of Japanese elements. The background music is a bit incongruous with the ambience of the hotel. If they really want to use jazz, at least use soft jazz.
