STAYC(스테이씨) 'RUN2U' MV REACTION

There is a tug of war between my heart and my brain right now! My heart wants to love it but my brain is not 100% into it and so now I'm confused. But I also feel like a clown because the chorus keeps on replaying in my head and I find the verses and all super super catchy too! And that makes it even more confusing for me as to why I'm not immediately in love with this song.
That said, the MV is an easy 10/10 for me! I loved how vibrant and not so vibrant some of the sets were, I loved the individual panels with different character and personality! I loved seeing the fashion too, while it was questionable, the girls somehow pulled it off! They looked extra gorgeous this comeback, all of them! Sieun is totally part of the Barbie line right?! Do we agree?
Basically I am so completely in love with the MV but incredibly confused as to how to feel regarding the song. But let's see how it grows on me and ask me how I feel about it in 2 weeks lol

did not like this song at first. But it grew on me. Actually this is a characteristic of Rado's songs (He is the boss, and also wrote and produced their main songs so far. He also wrote many hits for Chung Ha, Twice, Got7 , just to name a very few). His music is more complex and takes a bit getting used to initially, and it Always hooks you a bit later. And once that happens you will absolutely love it.

I think that Isa is the wrong person or like not the right one and seeun you know fall for her hehe then they all run to seeun to save her (sieun on the train and yoon on motorcycle) then J is seeun before meeting isa (happy, energetic) then sumin is seeun being unsure for isa (like that circle part of sumin, when the camera circled her..? The reason why the chorus seems unusual to many is that because there is nothing that sounds like this before, no one from 1st to 4th Gen sounds like this. The chorus is a fusion of pop and jazz. That jazzy instrumental (unusual to kpop) is well mixed with that base line (usual to kpop) in chorus. STAYC has always been experimental with their songs the reason for them to have a distinct sound among this gen who was full of girl crush pop cute sound.
