The love and support this producer is giving the girls is incredible. Especially when J suggested singing her chorus part an octave lower, he didn't even hesitate, and let her go right ahead and try it out! And you can tell in her voice that she loved how it sounded and was giving it her all, and he acknowledged it. That's exactly what they need as artists. You can tell she was so nervous to suggest the change but was met with nothing but care & respect, and treated like the talented musician she is.

I love that J was able to suggest changing the key and it ended up working, he loved and being the version they used. I also loved seeing the process of how they had to record more than once to get the sound they wanted. Behind the scenes is one of my favorite things to see from groups and artists, it's fun seeing what could've been and what they ended up going with. I'm so happy they started making recording behinds a thing in kpop, and I hope they'll continue to show more of the creative process

J is so versatile. She usually gets rap parts, but they gave her a part in the chorus. We usually know her for her low notes, but damn her high notes are really good too! Her range is great!

Her high notes were on point! I definitely understand why she wanted to lower her part after they changed the song and made it an octave higher. Stayc always sings live so it's better for J to feel more comfortable with her part. But man, her high notes are great!

It’s so cool that the recordings of their songs seems to really be a collaborative process. I love the feedback going back and forth to come up with a song that sounds good and that would be comfortable to sing. J’s deeper voice in the final chorus is my favorite part of the song so it was really cool that it was her idea to sing it like that!! STAYC has some of the best vocals in the 4th gen I swear

@@WandaPutriLestari i think the reason is it's keep going high and higher which will not be good for them. they know ( the artist itself and the pd ) how to control their voice. we can't deny this is actually good but promotion is you know a long phase for idols so as stayc who's always singing live, it will be very hard to reach and to maintain. as you can see the guy ( pd ) is evaluating them very well which is good and never just let them do that because they think it's good. hoping for the release too like a special video or acoustic version but with this kind of settings. j's voice is such an art.

I think it's also because Stayc's arrangements in particular are so organic. I don't know if all groups assign parts like that, some feel very systematic as in a particular member gets boxed into a particular type of part and that's it.

영상 내에선 한 키 올리셨다는데 사실 E Key에서 Gb Key면 두 키가 올라간 것.. 두 키나 올라가도 저 초고음을 소화해내는 멤버들은 도대체,, 멤버들 음역대에 맞게 잘 디렉팅해주시고 디렉팅에 맞게 그리고 때론 다르게 스테이씨만의 방법대로 개인 디렉팅을 하는 모습 보기 좋아요🙃 특히 재이 옥타브 낮춘 건 티저에서도 그렇고 노래를 듣자마자 극락 포인트 원래 마지막 후렴을 재이한테 줌으로써 단단하고 애절하고 빡센 고음의 매력으로 약간 위태로운 느낌을 주려는 의도+쏘배드를 연상시키는 반주까지도 완전 매력적이지만 옥타브 낮춘 건 정말 신의 한 수 각자 개인별로 어떻게 하면 파트를 잘 살릴 수 있고 노래가 어떻게 조화로워질지 진심으로 고민하면서 녹음하는거 같아서 스윗으로써 뿌듯합니다🥺🥺
