Seasoning tip: Apply seasonings coarsest first, then the finer stuff. The Bigger herbs tend to bounce off if you do it last.

Jordan, the white asparagus is called Spargel and is very popular in Germany and Austria in the spring. It is white as the grower constantly keeps the spears covered with mulch until they harvest it. As such, it never creates the chlorophyll that makes plants green. Keep Fishy........

Id love to see you test your addicted products down here in the puyallup river, carbon river, near orting wa were the steelhead are not so plentiful but are here. Love your vids but I challenge you to see how good your products really are in less plentiful rivers that also have murky color most of the year. That would be a epic video. I love the cooking portions of your videos! My fiancé and I are starting to do the same thing every time we go out! White asparagus is just green that’s kept from the sun, we used to grow it commercially on my grandparents farm, everyone always liked it the best cause it was sweeter than green or purple. Love what you do with this channel and the addicted channel! Keep it up brother man!

I fly fish as often as I can out here in NM all the time and it varies if I catch any or not. Today I wasn’t so successful. I enjoy camping cooking and hiking in. That elk did look really good.
