G V honestly he’s only a captain cause he’s a fan favorite and cause of the “white mamba” nickname, there’s tons of guys who probably deserve that spot over him but they figured that he would sell more tickets. I remember Overtime interviewed Nate Robinson and they asked him “who in the Big3 should not be playing” and he said Scalabrine, he just needs to go ahead and coach 😂
