Marco Polo has one of the best buffets in the city. The buffet at Bai Hotel is good too, but because it's more affordable, it's always packed with people. Should try the ensaymada at Marco Polo. They have classic, mango, and ube flavors. I like mine with a mug of hot choco. :3

Too Old the only good is its located in Highlands of Cebu , it was formerly Cebu Plaza Hotel and Casinos but was bough by Marco Polo a Hong Kong based Hotelier, too many new Hotels under construction and pipeline projects in Cebu that will finish in the next 5 years
