It's not 80 hours a week of work unless you count his entire time in the parks as "work", which I don't think is accurate. I do think every vlogger should take at least one day off per week, however, to just do whatever or not and not think about the next shot. I think it would make them more creative and less prone to burnout.

Was there in 97 after my Dad passed . My wife and I stayed there over Christmas it was awesome, they left a Christmas stocking on our door ChrismAs eve, I will never forget that. It was so nice after a year of stress taking care of my Dad to sit back and let Disney handle Christmas for us.

My family has had a DVC membership since 2001. Old Key West Resort is our home resort. WE LOVE IT! I am writing this before I watch your video, but I predict you are going to love it, too. In January 2021 we went all out for the first time since the kids grew up. We went to OKW with a family group consisting of my wife and me, our two daughters, THEIR three daughters, both sons-in-law, my mom and stepdad. What a trip!!! Our granddaughters were 6, 4, and 1 month. The two older girls had a great time, which was actually the point of the entire excursion. OKW is the best place on WDW property, in our opinion. We have been to a half dozen other resorts, but not all, and we like OKW the best.

Old Key is very relaxed resort for sure. I stayed there for a week last October with my oldest daughter and her family, and we loved every minute of it.

I stayed at the Music Disney world motel. It had guitars and other musical instruments in the pool and there were crystal chandeliers over the beds. You could get cafeteria style food by the pool for casual meals. Buy a cup and get free refills your whole stay! Buses took us to the parks.

I stayed at the Old Key West resort in 2004. I had a living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, king size bed whirlpool tub and an outdoor patio. For some reason I thought all the rooms there were like that, didn't realize they had smaller rooms as well. Now when I visit I bring my room with me. I have a camper and always stay at Fort Wilderness. I love Fort Wilderness.

Old Key West was our favorite resort-stayed in a 2- bedroom villa the last 4 times we’ve gone to WDW. The balconies have ceiling fans and are delightful!! Probably won’t stay again, though. The last time we stayed there in 2018, the Mega Greed Bug had landed, and it cost us $25 per night to park our car on top of what we were already bleeding out for the room. 😢 Glad to have the memories of the trips before when the same parking was free. Strange way to treat “guests”.

I stayed there 7 nights when I did a timeshare trade. It was terrific. The pool and activities were great. I didn’t eat at the restaurant since I had Disney dining and used my restaurant credits in the parks.

Disney's Old Key West is a great resort!! We've stayed at Old Key West twice and are staying there again this summer!!! OKW, like all DVC Resorts are available to procure by Non-DVC Members. The "DVC Ferry" takes you back and forth from Disney Springs.

Old Key West was the Original DVC Resort. It opened as The Disney Vacation Club Resort in 1991-92. Later on as new Resorts were built it was renamed Old Key West.

Adam, a quick way for you to check if the beds are a queen or a full... if you lay on the bed and your head is touching the headboard and your feet touch the end, it is a full. If there is an extra 6 inches or so, it's a queen. A full is 75" long, the same length as you are tall.

I loved the Old Key West Resort, the golf cart ride, & Olivia's. Their beach theme, ceiling fans, & the inviting atmosphere it presented in both hotel, & restaurant. Loved it! Thank you for the wonderful selection with dinner. Great appetizer selection! Can't decide which of the 2 meals was better, Natalies' Chicken or Adam's Pasta. Both looked amazing. I would have love one of those rolls now. So, who got the Banana Bread Foster dessert? Chocolate Tart? Key Lime Pie? Thank you Adam this was wonderful! Love how handsome you looked in that shirt Adam. I like seeing the slower paced sides of Disney too, for the Grandparents!👵

You are so lucky not to be directly on the golf course. As I mentioned below, I stay there with my cousins who were original DVC members and this was their only option to buy into. But this was back when they got free tickets to the parks each stay, which was awesome. We had a grand villa along with 1⁄2 room like yours that were combined for a family trip. The only time I like staying on property less was when I stayed 1 night in a horrible value near the pool and all you could hear was screaming. My venyan cousin and I we're standing in the balcony 1 morning before heading to the parks. I could see the golfers and said this has death potential. I was laughed at. She then told the whole family and I was laughed at again. We then spent the day in the parks, came home late at night, to find the balcony literally filled with golf balls!! Not only did no 1 laugh with me again no 1 ever sat on the balcony. The entrance was via the parking lot, so we had to Literally dodge around moving cars every time we tried to get to a Disney bus. Usually there's at least a small distance between parking & rooms, but not at this resort. There was ZERO theming. At least they painted that mural and did some painting since then. All I can say is it was worth what I paid, which was nothing as my Cousin's invited me lol. Honestly I'd rather pay for a moderate!
