Staying at Disney’s PRIVATE Beach Resort! Spend the Week at Disney’s Vero Beach With Us

It looks like such a lovely resort to have a nice relaxing vacation in, but I'm definitely disappointed about the bugs!!! As a DVC Member, this resort was on my bucket list, but now I think I will pass. Thank you for your honest opinions and reactions in this Vlog.

Vero is on my bucket list looks like a nice spot. I have been to the Hilton Head Island one though I haven't been since they renovated. We went to Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort in 2008.

Hi Bekah! I was there the same time you were! I saw you guys at the pool! I was too nervous to say hi! In my eyes your a celebrity 😂Your daughter and husband were behind us on the line for the slide. My son was too nervous to go down. I loved vero beach definitely a change of pace from the parks! Thank you for making content! I can’t tell you how much I’ve learned from you over the years.

I love this video and we just were there at the end of August for our kiddos birthdays and seeing it all again gives me all the feels. ❤️ But yes I still have bug bite scars 😝

Girl the bugs there are REAL. We didn’t stay at Vero but we used the beach (since it’s public) when we were down in the area a few months ago. I got bit SO many times. Even though my bug spray helped, oh my word. You also picked the best Publix in the area- the Indian River location has the best selection of meat and produce, their plantains are unmatched 😂.

VBR is 5 minutes from our house. When get the Disney bug but can’t make it to the parks , we go there for drinks and food and of course a Mickey 🥨 ! It’s a true hidden DVC gem!

@@BekahHart Great review and yes the bugs can be pretty bad around here! We live in Sebastian and there are some other great things to do around the area if your stay is long enough. The Mc Carthy Treasure Musem, Downtown Vero Beach Shopping is awesome. Sebastian waterfront has a boat tour and fantastic restaurants right on the river/ ICW. Rent a boat and go out to the spoil islands and the sandbar at the inlet. Our favorite local restaurant is the Ocean Grill! It is very historic and the food is beyond amazing! We are happy you enjoyed our area while here! It’s really fun to see reviews from visitors. ☺️

Hi I noticed at the marketplace sells the refillable mugs…do you know if by chance the refillable mugs would still work from Disney World to Vero beach resort (Of course if its still within the 14 days you initially purchased it @ a disney world resort or vice versa)???

Is it only me, who found it a little ridiculous that you probably pay a ton of gold to stay at the resort, yet you need to pay extra for your food, groceries and even beach chair? Like... why can't they make it all-inclusive? XD

Bummer about the bugs! Everything else looked great but I have to admit that would make me hesitant to go (or return, in your case) 😅. My husband and I did a beach trip to Ocean City, MD a few years ago and I said never again because of the bugs lol
