Love that you’re going to Vero beach we’re considering a fall trip! We’ve done the middle of the night trips early morning driving a lot from DC to go up north. We leave at 3 am so we still get some sleep and often our littles will fall back asleep in the car. It avoids a lot of traffic. We also sometimes do a fun pit stop to break up the trip :)

Yes on the bug spray!! LOL :-) We use the Murphey's Naturals Lemon Eucalyptus Oil. We saw it at Costco but you can get it on Amazon too. Can't wait to see your vlogs from Vero Beach!

We started with a split stay between Disney World and Vero Beach and evolved into a week at Vero and going to Disney on a separate vacation. We schedule a Whole Foods pick up order in Orlando if we fly or Jacksonville if we drive. I would recommend a lunch bag. I make lunch in the room, out the cold stuff in the cooler and use a big bag for snacks, plates, napkins, books and sunglasses. Stake out a table with an umbrella and two lounge chairs around 9:00 a.m. We grab or bring breakfast to the table. The spots around the pool fill quickly. Vero is amazing!!

I can’t wait to see these videos!!! We have been talking about going sometime in the future. Also, I love that bathing suit. It’s hard to find cute modest bathing suits. After having my daughter I’m just not comfortable in most bathing suits. It would be perfect for water parks! We always drive to Disney world (we are about 6 1/2 hrs away) so it was fun to see a road trip style prep and pack video!
