What a good price to stay at a great hotel like this, especially with the breakfast option. I like how you introduce hotel, with different country prices (it's rare that you see it converted to New Zealand dollars, so I appreciate that you do), including a map of the location. The tour of the room and hotel is done well. Thank you.

The breakfast at this hotel has a lot of different foods and drinks, and I thought it was a good deal for the price 👍 I decided to add it because people who lived in New Zealand often commented on it before. .. The first thing I do when I get into a room is open the curtains. So I can have sunlight. Was that a church across the street? Very nice hotel.

Thanks for your comment! This room had two windows so it was always bright and refreshing 👍 The church-like building that I saw across the street was actually a restaurant called "Tsukiji Inaseya" 🙂

It seems too good to be true for an inexpensive hotel in Tokyo! Any other cons observed aside from not having too many amenities? Location perhaps?

The KOKO HOTEL is basically an inexpensive place to stay. The location is not bad either. However, it may be difficult to stay at the same price as I did. I'm basically staying according to the cheapest dates I can book, so it is unlikely that the price will be the same for you when you travel. So the price may be a little higher when you actually stay with me. Thanks for your comment!:)

Hello, I am planning to visit Japan for the 1st time with my family with two kids age 11 and 15, may I ask for your kind help to recommend a stay in Tokyo with medium budget but preferably that can fit 4 person in a room for all of us? We would like to explore the city also Disneyland 😀, and if you could recommend a stay in Kawaguchiko as well it would be great, youroishiku onegaishimasu, thank you so much 🙏

As for good hotels to stay in Tokyo, for example, "hotel MONday Asakusa", "Far East Village Hotel Ariake, Tokyo", "Lyuro Tokyo Kiyosumi by The Share Hotels", and "Minn Nihonbashi". I think you can stay at these hotels with relatively easy access to Disney and a medium budget. In Tokyo, the Ueno and Asakusa areas are slightly less expensive. "Ashiwada Hotel" near Kawaguchiko Lake is also relatively budget friendly!
