Staying at Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore | Infinity Pool, Shopping, & More

There's two rooftop bars at the MBS - _Ce La Vi_ and _Sky Bar..._ not cheap, but nice views. I'm not convinced that MBS room prices represent value for money, but all good hotels in Singapore are steeply priced. I travel there quite a bit. *Marina Bay* is the central Singapore hotspot area where you want to be, and it's super close to *Gardens By The Bay.* Take a stroll around the perimeter of Marina Bay. It's a mile around roughly. Head to *Orchard Road* for shopping and exclusive brands, but there's also the *Marina Bay Shoppes* downstairs in the MBS hotel, which has many brand-names, too. Expect to see a lot of people wearing a Rolex in Singapore. There is also the *'Spectra'* light-show on the water on Marina Bay every night.

Thanks for the review. Question - is there a time limit for guests to use the pool? If there is a limit, how long can guests use the pool per day? Hate to pay $800/night and only allowed 1 hour to use it.

If you have a chance next time, try the newly refurnished rooms in Tower 2 with TOTO bidet and so so much nicer than the old rooms. Also, there is a hot pool in the gym locker room.
