This is my favorite hotel in London. It's a five star so it's plenty fancy . But it's not over fancy that you feel overwhelmed or intimidated. It's very comfortable . Very relaxed. It's a perfect hotel.

As a TA I was over the moon to be able to have a complete tour there today, this hotel is paradise on earth, and the customer service😩, you’re treated like a royalty On 🎉your way!
