I’ve experienced the paranormal for most of my life, and all of the things that you guys talked about can be debunked. For instance, when walking into a dark room you sometimes feel anxious, so your mind tends to play tricks on you. (There’s a huge difference between your mind playing tricks and seeing paranormal). The thing with the door closing is pretty normal. There are heavy doors and light doors. Heavy doors have to be pushed or touched in order to move or stop while light doors once you tough it it’ll instantly move. When your friend entered the room the door must have hit the wall and moved towards her causing it to hit her. The thing about the light remote control falling, when your friend was startled there must have been vibrations that cause it to fall. The thing about the dog, the dog could be anxious that it’s owners aren’t there; beach houses have a lot of stairs, so the dog could have been out of breath; or the dog could have been thirsty. If the beach house were to be haunted, the dog would have been barking or growling at random areas or they would be looking at random areas. The stain.... the people who were previously there could have spilled something on the carpet, so that’s why there’s a stain. Also, don’t judge the owner’s choices of books. Some of the books they had seem quite interesting. Also.....How do you guys not know the OG series “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark?” Even though they seemed scary to me as a child, but they are great stories to read when to hang out with friends or family. One last thing, here are some signs your house may be haunted: if you feel like you’re constantly being watched (it doesn’t matter what room you are in or what time of day it is); you hear footsteps, voices, taping noises, furniture moving, etc.; you’re being touched; you see things that you can’t explain/debunk; things are being moved or found in areas that they shouldn’t be in; strange dreams; you smell different types of smells; you feel random emotions.... if you begin to have really dark nightmares; you smell sulfur or rotten flesh; you get bruises or scratches; you hear three taps, scratches, or growls; you see shadow figures or apparitions that don’t seem human; you feel drained; you keep getting random health issues; you always feel depressed, anxious, or rage... if you are feeling those then you are being haunted by a very dark entity/spirit or a demon. Get professional help from paranormal investigators & mediums. Don’t let amateurs fuck you over.

i went to chicago a few years ago for a family reunion on my moms side (it was also to visit my grandmother before she passed of cancer. this is kinda relevant to the story) and i came home to the surprise that my dad and step my had rearranged my room. later that night i had a gut feeling that i wasn’t the only one in the room and i just got super bad vibes from my room and i turned on my light and i couldn’t find my cross. so i went and asked my dad if they moved it and they said that they didn’t touch anything on my walls. the cross is still missing to this day. there was another time where my dog had knocked over a drink in the middle of the night (3:00 a.m. to be precise) and i was on my way to get something to clean it up with and i saw a bright light in the wall in front of me, a little kid shadow, then the little kid shadow disappeared and the light slowly dimmed. i’ve also experienced like footsteps upstairs, things going missing and reappearing, and my stuff being moved around. m convinced i’m being haunted by a little kid ghost bc like i don’t have any younger siblings
