Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
Is this vlog a paid promotion with the cruise line? No, we have never worked with a cruise line before (I doubt they even know who we are 😂). If that ever changes, we will be sure to let you know in the video.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl..... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

Have stayed in several of these Royal Suites on RCI. They are truly amazing. What is even better, is the service that is provided when you show your key or say "I'm in the Royal..." Things happen. We were even escorted off the ship at debarkation by senior staff, all the way to our waiting curbside transportation. Along the way, the porter kept asking, "Who are you two??" We just smiled.

🔴🔴 Watching this video from Middletown DE 10-01-23 Sunday night. I used to live in Orlando (Altamonte Springs). I tell people that once you get below Port St. Lucie, you can drive just about anywhere with your head lights off. There are so many street lights in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade county's. Not that you should drive with your lights off. It's just that bright. Great job on the video. I'm looking to go on one very soon. 👍👍

Star Class (and Sky Class) cabins are WELL worth the added expense. The value of the added amenities is actually pretty incredible. Even just the priority boarding and departure is worth it. Also, in Sky Class rooms you get included specialty dining, deluxe drinks package, and unlimited internet. With two people that's close to $1000 saved. With Royal Genie you can also have specialty dining delivered to your room which is awesome. No more waiting in line for Pizza after Windjammer is closed and the restaurants are booked up.

It's called Studio B, because it is a Television Studio. Along with the ice floor, there is a sliding floor that covers the ice. The original intent of the TV Studio was to hold game shows in there and broadcast them ship wide. However, it's been years since they have done that. The last time I remember seeing one broadcast was in 2007.

First time seeing your channel. The room was gorgeous but it would be wasted on me as it looks like it could take at least 10 days just seeing everything on the ship. I am 56 and have only cruised twice, both times on Celebrity. Royal ships look way more fun than Celebrity but I don't get to pick the ship for our family reunions. You are both adorable and I really enjoyed your energy.

So about 700 bucks a night for a giant suite. Seems like a heck of deal. Especially if you're getting premium dining included. But the suite definitely feels like it has a lot of wasted space. To me it would actually feel more grand if it had a guest bedroom. I grew up in the 80's and I'll never get behind open floor plans.

Book a park and go hotel. You can drive and leave your car for the duration of the cruise. They also have a transport van to take you to the port. We live on the west coast of FL and do this for our cruises. We stay the night before we sail. Great cabin...suite. Your butler would unpack for you too.

Love your videos and your attention to detail. When I think about modern décor, I think of places like the Cosmo or Aria in Vegas, and the décor of this room is not that. IMO this room is dated hotel furniture and carpet and reminds me of the Rio. That being said, what a huge room!!
