I always ran Cats till they quit making them we would rebuild them at a million miles, new turbo alternator power steering pump all hoses and belts. New injectors and New jakes. Then we ran them as hard as we could to break them in to run hard and pull hard

I see the righthand fuel tank still got that dent in it....going to be a bummer to fix and repaint again. Tell us why you took the N14 out? I have two FLD120's and one has a N14 and is running....the other one i'm building a C15 into it. Still a lot of work and not enough money, but will get there. I prefer the CAT....just because its a CAT...can't complain about the N14. Already has over 3million miles on it. Been rebuild a couple of times. But I had a Argosy with a C16 in it, and I sold the truck long ago and never should have, because that motor now has 3.4million km on it without ever been opened....that's the honest truth.

Pulling $1.00 a mile freight is ultimately what is destroying the industry. Your “Backhaul” to cover fuel is someone else’s bread and butter. It’s better to bounce empty than setting a precedent pulling garbage that won’t even cover your fuel bill. Smarten up….
