Logical, easy to follow and relatively easy to understand. I applaud you, i've seen videos with hundreds of thousands of view and none of them compare with the playlist. Thank you

Hey friends, so for those of you who have seen my other organisation video released back in September last year ( which is kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKLEgneQmpKjY8k ), you will have noticed that much of the content of this video is almost identical to the previous video. If you want to see what's new in this video then I would look at the following sections from the timestamps: Sticky Notes, Google Drive, and Anki. If you're curious, the reason I decided to make to remake the video was to better fit with the series in terms of content and style.

Hey ray what's the Q section for in the paper-based planner ?? The download had it.

Woops, I accidentally linked to the second version in the description and didn't explain it. So the section version has another 'P' column. I have found it helpful at university to focus on a maximum of 4 main tasks for each day and to have maximum of 5 quick (hence the Q) tasks (anything that takes under 15 - 20 minutes to do). I think it can help you stop overwhelming yourself if you end up setting yourself too many large tasks for each day. I'll explain that in the description too, thank you for the heads-up

How do you use that many resources to make flashcards is this for like a whole sub topic and etc..?
@RAmjad

Hi, I'll be mentioning more about it in the next video on "Learning New Content" and I didn't use all of them in detail, for some of them they were just useful sources for diagrams and when I was rather happy with all the content, understanding it and covering the specification. I just skipped some resources. I hope that helps for now!

did you do languages and if you did what did you get(I am good at everything except languages so just asking if affects you if you do badly in GCSE)

Hi, I did do GCSE French and managed to get an A (despite aiming and working for an A* all year). I was pretty disappointed at the time but it doesn't really matter looking back - especially if you're applying to maths / science-based subjects. Especially at Oxford and Cambridge, many of my friends also got B/A's in language subjects and are still ehre because the admissiosn tutors mostly care about how good you are at the subject (or related subjects) you're applying for so if you want to apply for engineering/some science/maths/computer science/etc, making sure you get the top grades in maths and sciences is good and the top grade in anything else can be helpful but not a neccessity. I hope that helps, try not to worry about it too much

I’ve been using Anki to remember most physics content and the textbook to make those flash cards. Where can I find the more difficult exam style questions? The questions in the textbook cannot compare to what comes up in an actual exam.
@RAmjad
@RAmjad 3 жыл бұрын
Hi, it depends what kind of questions you mean. If you want questions in mostly practising the content then you can find many exam questions on Physics and Maths tutors - especially through old specification papers because there are so many. I used the new specification AS and A2 papers after doing a couple of the old specification papers because they are more challenging and less repetitive. Many question packs you find on topics like electricity are mostly questions from old specification papers but you still have many challenging old specification questions so they are still worth doing. All of them? Probably not. I decided which questions to do from a collection by looking at the question and thinking whether I immediately knew the answer or the method in my head, if I didn't then I would attempt it. Or if it has suspiciously too many marks for what I think it's worth then I'd also attempt it as it may mean there's a trick or something to realise during the exam. As for practising maths and your physical intutition and lateral thinking abilities then many questions on Isaac Physics and from BPhO AS Challenge and the BPhO A2 Challenge (you don't even need to know that much extra content for the A2 challenge considering it's usually done in October, just a little more on circular motion would be helpful) and if you're up to it then BPhO Round 1 questions are quite tough but quite fun as well. Although, there may still be questions on content you haven't covered yet like electric and magnetic fields.

Hi, I actually made a video about that exact question a few months ago here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rIuumoSBqqaZeLs I don't think the video quality itself was very good or it was a particularly interesting topic (hence why it's unlisted) but I do agree with many of the views

I did the new specification 9-1 for Maths and English only. I managed to get a 9 in English Language (was predicted a 6 or 7) and a 7 in English Literature

@@RAmjad just shows predicted grades aren’t a true reflection of our ability. My GCSEs and this years year 11s have been stolen.

It's a shame. If I was in this current year, I don't think I would have achieved the grades I did in a few other of my subjects because some of my teachers didn't like very much at GCSE. I think thousands of other students have and will experience that too soon too unfortunately
