Most times I have the frozen fruit since it doesn’t grow where I live. Never had it smell and sweet each time. Super creamy and almost custardy. Never been disappointed with a durian before.

That jackfruit is actually still green,it still needs to get supersoft znd to eat it the seeds inside ,theyturn black but the inside is soft and white,that is what you actually eat after you boil it in salted water,tastes better than mashed potatoes,it is called panas de pepita,no translation for it though...

Puerto Rico is where my parents took their honeymoon. Said it was beautiful I hope to go some day. I'm turning 41 in November and I think I know where my next trip is lol. I eat jackfruit and that one is definitely unripe. theyre normally yellow and sweet when ripe but still really sticky. and the fibres go away too.
