Mine started late last year. It was a stressful time. Then it just hit me and it went really bad. All the stuff you said, I went through. The worst was last February 2019. April 2019 I wanted to give up. But I prayed to God and kept myself encouraged by actually going to places where I'm supposed to avoid. Now I can easily go to supermarkets, hang out in malls, drive long distances, ride a bike, watch movies in movie theaters. I am around 90-95% well. I believe it helped me to be stronger inside. Stress and anxiety can make you relapse. Man. This thing can hit you hard, but with faith in God and fixing my thoughts on happy and positive things really helped me to recover as soon as you expect. Life is unpredictable, but I'm just enjoying one day at a time. Thanks for sharing, man. Life is still good.

Awesome story man. I still avoid public things, my anxiety just won’t allow it. I get so lightheaded in public which is almost certain to lead to a panic attack. I do pretty good at work, most days when I’m working hard I can at least somewhat ignore it, but it’s getting a little worse. I do notice that the exercises help, i did yoga a whole year before I was diagnosed and noticed when I laid off the yoga for a little while it would get worse, so I believe the yoga was helping. Now I’m about to start trying to mix the head exercises in with the yoga. Stay up and stay well brother thanks for sharing your story

Hi Sean from Australia! Thank you for your content. I've had vestibular disorder for years now but it's only been diagnosed in the last year or so. I'm 32 and every year the symptoms are getting stronger and stronger. It'll be okay for awhile then somehow comes back, I'm not sure what the trigger is. But when I'm in a relapse (like now!) I come back to these videos for reminders to fight the negative thoughts associated with migraines and dizziness (why me???) Cheers!

Hi Sean, thank you so much for these videos. I'm 3 months into this hell. Did you find when recoving that you would frequently relapse/reset? I seem to get a bit better, then go back to square one again. I keep having this cycle of a little recovery, then reset. Very difficult mentally to deal with. Wondering if this was the case for you and others to? Very difficult to know if you're doing too much, too little, or just random fluctuation which could not have been avoided.

I have the same. 3 steps forward 2 steps back atm but if you look back to the first month and now the progress is there. I think that is the best way to approach this because using yesterday and today as reference for progress will wear you down.

Definitely. I've been having that sensation for the last 10 months ever since this started. When I lay down and close my eyes to sleep, I feel like I'm floating off or losing my centre of gravity or rotating. But now it seems to be happening less and less (the sensation). I sleep with two pillows and it seems to help. However, I must add that I've gotten much better. I can walk comfortably, exercise without feeling bouncy, sit down without feeling that swaying sensation. Daily VRT, diet changes, meditation, SSRI, neuroplasticity, journal on things that make me happy (daily), has helped me so much on this journey. (If you are wondering where I was at physically before I started doing all of these, I couldn't even climb the stairs without holding on to something).
