Or you could just not stay low, push to 6 once you had a stable board. Get more hog riders and have boars with 7500+ hp.

True that, but also, have you considered me not wanting to get 1st place for sure but get top4 minimum? I know my luck, and sometimes I can just roll forever on 6 without ever seeing my cards. Staying on 3 let me cycle choose one more easily without polluting the pool of cards I barely care about.

@ that’s great but that will only cut it as a low rated player. Eventually a 4th is elo loss. A 3rd is almost no gain and also eventually loss. 2nd and 1st will be all that matter. Play better now to prepare for later. Plus lobbies will just get harder starting around 7k rating.

indeed, that's a non-sequitur here, though. I am only trying to get back to my old rating of 6.5k (highest was 7.5k but it was 2 years ago), so in the current premise, yes, this way is good, also it made a fun title for a youtube video so I went all in.

Staying low cost you the game. There was absolutely no reason for it and all you gained was keeping yourself from getting the good cards. You need dracari, the 4 drop that gives you choose one cards end of turn etc
