Lol Tegan should work for the police, she's better at solving cases than anyone else it seems. I enjoy seeing James' manipulative side come out full force when someone he loves has been hurt. Though it'll probably backfire eventually. Yikes at Ste for what he's done and for even lying about how many times it's happened. Also wish him and Tony would confess they knew about Harry because they're kind of being hypocritical. Hoping we'll see more of Leah figuring things out!

James cant do anything for Harry now. Since Sami has accused James of having known Harry killed Amy, James is a suspect, and risk being charged with aiding and abetting a killer after the fact. He can`t claim to have acted as Harry`s legal advisér. To have claimed that he couldn`t have been aware Harry accepted responsibility for Amy`s death. After he learned that, he would have had to persuade Harry to turn himself in - and defended him on a guilty plea - to be considered as his lawyer. To give a person admitting guilt legal advice on how to escape charges and prosecution is against the law.

Harry confessed but I assume he gave details. Didn’t Ryan strangle her? Obviously this is a soap so this did not happen but The autopsy would have shown that cause of death was from being strangled so you would think at some point that fact would have been raised during Harry’s confession / interrogation and Harry would then say “eh? Say what? Well I pushed her but I didn’t do that...”. Who knows. Maybe that is upcoming episode...

It made me sad to see Harry in jail, to see how Leah claims Tony for the death of his mother, and to see how Tegan is disappointed in Ryan, and that at the same time she discovers that he had something to do with death Amy, I just hope this is clarified and that the main affected in this case Ste and Harry, can be together again, I would like to see them both happy 😢😢😢 I'll be very aware of your videos Erica Love, thanks!

I think we should separate 4th wall knowledge from character knowledge; we as viewers know that it was Ryan but Harry has no idea, he does believe that he killed Amy, he said he saw her moving before he left but as far as he knows those were just her last moments since he has no evidence to the contrary. Hopefully Tegan can share what she suspects about Ryan but anything else can happen between now and then.

One thing in Harry`s favor, though, now that Tegan might throw Ryan into the pool of suspects, is that Harry`s confession was made to Ryan`s uncle, and therefore the likelihood of being believed - at least to the extent of reasonable doubt - should he retract it, is greater than if the police detective taking his confession had not been related to the other possible suspect. In light of the possible development that Ryan could be named as suspect, his uncle Geoff - and his entire involvement in the case - would have had to have been double checked, before any of it could have been introduced as evidence. That means Harry would have had to explain himself all over again. But should he learn about the suspicion against Ryan, he might decide not to do so - and instead listen to his lawyer and refuse to make any statement. That would leave the police with only Sami`s testimony he overheard James and Harry. But since there both are words that can be mistaken for other words - and especially when hearing them through doors - and Sami also can be claimed to have a hostile relationship to James - discrediting Sami`s testimony enough to create reasonable doubt, shouldn`t be too difficult to achieve. The CPS would realize that, so with a decent lawyer, Harry could be a free man after maximum 72 hours - most likely sooner than that too. Since the headline: "(Police detective) arrested youth to protect nephew" is not one the police would like to be faced with.

I swear I am amazed at the stupidity of that police department. The coroner's office and autopsy report should show that Amy died from strangulation/suffocation. She had a head injury but it wasn't the cause of death. Harry's confession is he pushed Amy and she hit her head on the end of a table which knocked her out. Harry thought she was dead and he left the apartment. That statement explains the head injury but not the strangulation/suffocation which Harry knows nothing about. Given that confession, there is no way they can charge him with murder.

When she entered the flat, she tossed the phone on the desk but it fell behind it. I don't think she actually hung up the phone as she was obviously upset.

First off, I'm glad this Amy murder plot seems to wrapping up it's about time. I must say however Tegan's sudden and realization seemed a bit unrealistic maybe after she asked him if Amy knew Ryan tripped up and said something he shouldn't have like ("she just wouldn't shut up, I just wanted her to shut up") it would have been a bit more convincing (Just a thought) Second, Despite everything everyone did to protect him I'm glad Harry finally confessed (albeit for something he didn't do). Now once they put starry back together I Harry is not in Ste shadow like before. Also I need them to keep James and Harry in each other's orbit. Third, I love James but admittedly he needs trip face some consequences for his part in this whole thing. Also he needs a powerful storyline that will developed his character more.

Chelsey Linden No not really. Honestly I don't believe Ste and Harry have any chemistry or at least not like Harry and James although I'm not shipping Jarry that hard either. But really I guess my main issue is with the storylines they give Starry. All the issues seem to be about Ste and Harry twisting himself into knots trying to deal with Ste's problems and he never really has a chance to develop as a character and has no identity other than Ste's partner. It's seriously unrealistic that anyone as young as Harry would stay with a guy like Ste no matter how much he loved them. That said I love Ste and Harry as individual characters and if and when they do get back together I hope they develop Harry's character better becuse he has so much potential.
