Even though Lucas was pushing all James buttons, he shouldn't have done, what he did. Hitting a kid is never the answer teenager or not. Lucas is misbehaving too struggling with being a teen trying his limits and getting used to his dad being married to James, who at times really isn't the easiest to be around, but he have had plenty of warnings. I hope it's true, that James will go get anger management therapy, and put his family first(as I read)/fight for what he has left and regain the trust that Ste will feel is broken(could understand if he wanted to leave him), when he finds out what Lucas meant, (you can see he felt regret/remorse somehow), and not just say it to get peace but actually follow through with it.

Plus i think Lucas is struggling with other things like his sexuality and he might need his dad around to help him.

@@aph1976 yes you might be right, I've read something about Leah fancying Dillon, so hope she'll take it well if Dillon falls for Lucas, as it seemed, from the way he looked at him.

As someone who is a child abuse victim, i can relate to Lucas sooo much. I did the drinking and everything. Its hard freling like if you say something, youre making your parent choose and afraid they wont choose you. And youre the reason for destroying their world.

Real problem is lucas was never punished younger so he would know to respect his adults. I know it SO drama but ugg. What he said was to far and actions have consequences and vice-versa

Wow Lucas already feels bad enough with everything going on in his life and his dad just had to say that to him. I thunk Dillon will probably tell Ste that James hurt Lucas. Because I'm pretty sure he knows. Plus I really thought Lucas was going to kiss Dillon. If Romeo found out about what his dad did to his step son wonder what he'll think. I think in this case onces Ste finds out about what James did to Lucas he needs to leave James or at least give him a ultimatum

I swear, if the writers of the show pull back and have Lucas say, "Nothing, never mind", I'm done. Lucas and James are both toxic characters but this needs to be put to an end. Lucas needs to tell the truth about what James did and James needs to be given his walking papers. They also need to have Ste wise up a bit. All this is going on around him and he's worried about secret lesbians and finding his charger.
