All these folks complaining about grease like they never heard of a carnivore diet. Leave out the muffins and you can live on meals such as this, lose weight and be healthier.

@@gunide vitamin c helps you process carbs. If you don’t eat carbs then you don’t need it. You can still take some however if you feel like it. Won’t ruin your diet.
