Nice. We just cook them and then the skin just comes off the meat like a sandwich wrapper. Interesting to do it prior but again I like the way you did it. Have a blessed day

Thank you, it turned out great! I just wipe it out with a paper towel and a little oil if needed. I also use the handle to scrape off hard stuck food.

Love your motorcycle camping adventures. I did a few duel sport rides in Colorado a few years ago. Some of the most fun riding i have ever done. Stayed in Lake City. Love to do it again but think the mountains got higher the rocks got bigger and the streams got deeper. Add 34 years to my age has nothing to do with it. Well might! Hang in there Steve.
