Steak Salad aka Laab ~ Gluten Free

Steak Salad also known as Laab ~ Gluten Free
This dish is normally made with chicken (Laab Gai) but I wanted steak 🥩
Please check the ingredients you're using, there are regular and gluten free versions of these! I have the gluten free ingredients on my website: firefoodpro.com for reference.
Ingredients:
Sirloin Steak
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Seasoning Sauce
Green Onions
Shallots
Cilantro
Oil
Toasted Rice Powder
Lettuce
Sauce: Jeow Som
5 Garlic Cloves
6 Thai Chilies
Fish Sauce
Lime
Brown Sugar
Directions:
Make the sauce first, in a bowl put in the garlic cloves and Thai chilies, mash it up. Then put in fish sauce, lime juice and brown sugar. Set aside
Chop up the toppings which are green onions, shallots and cilantro
Slice the steak and season with black pepper, salt and garlic powder
In an oiled pan over medium high heat cook the beef and season with seasoning sauce
In a bowl combine the steak, toppings and sauce. Season with rice powder
Serve with lettuce or sticky rice!
