Steak tartare recipe.
It's an authentic recipe that only mixes with sauce without egg yolk.
Try making it with a different feel from Korean yukhoe!
It's good to be able to make it simply and not inferior to it as a customer-serving dish!

Ingredients (2 servings)
200g beef rump, 12g shallot, 8g cornichon, 6g capers, chives, parsley,
Mustard 10g, Worcester Sauce, Mayonnaise 34g, Tabasco Sauce, Salt, Pepper
You can use tenderloin instead of rump.
Be sure to give the slaughtered beef, and trim it right before eating.
1. Cut shallots, cornichons, cabers, chives and parsley into small pieces.
2. Cut the beef rump into small cubes.
3. Mix all the prepared sauces and you're done!
