We love those crab cakes. The bartender made me a special, off menu drink that was delicious. One of our favorites for breakfast also. Ears and shirt suits you, Bear. I want to try that Wellington, Princess. High praise from you. Thank you for your review.

So excited to try Steakhouse 71 dinner, I've only had breakfast there. We were actually there on the last day they served bottomless mimosas 😅 the vegetable wellington looks delicious!

Steakhouse 71 sits where the largest arcade I've been too existed. The Contemporary remodeled sometime in the early 2000's and removed the arcade along with a pizza restaurant. Many memories from the Contemprary arcade back in the day. I visited Steakhouse 71 last year, it was decent. Perhaps i'll go back for the nostalgia this resort takes me.

We never went to the arcade but we did go to the Wave... of American flavors A LOT. Totally get the nostalgia vibes.

You know how much I like Steakhouse 71! They never let you down. In case someone comments on the pork a quick lesson on sous vide. You actually cook the protein to temperature, you can hold it for quite a while and it won't get more done. That said, it might look under if not raw because it doesn't change the appearance of the protein except for fish which puffs up. The wellington? my wife may love mushrooms but she love artichokes even more! That was a wellington made for her!

The wellington is good, but it's been there since opening. I feel like we need a new vegan dish.. but never take the onion rings aways😂
