Had been pull off successfully by the legendary Frank Abagnale in the 1960s , and the world famous successfully failed case that happened in Osaka Japan back in year 1973.(the hustle is so successful (son many people lining up waiting for their turn of drop off) , that the scammer(hiding around the corner) could even got a chance to remove the "fake" night safe box (made by wooden planks) , before it's overload and exploded. causing the customers calling the bank and police......they never charged the guy who did that , as he or she just escaped empty handed out of panic once the box failed.) Also the stupidly success case Shizuoka Japan back in 2006 , the scammer just put a worn down cardboard box that has "ATM broken , please just drop the deposit cash in here" written on it in Sharpe , in front of the bank (Yup , just a random trashy paper box) , and got 4 millions (from 5 different customers) from it.....of course , with the CCTV and tech at the time , the police very easily arrest him two days later.)
