Considers Reproduction if we want to customize stuff Looks after performance i have seen SO MANY videos that at the beginning are easier to do but if you plan to do a GAME you will need to subscribe to matt! How do you update the pack if you already bough it?

Hi, it turns out the update is still pending approval in the backend of their systems. It should be available very shortly. Sorry for the premature announcement, I was under the impression it was already approved. You can join the COPA Gaming discord server linked in the description where I will announce it has been approved. Once it has been approved, you should be able to update through the epic games launcher

Hey Matt, I have a question for you. I transferred the Manny animations from my Unreal Engine 5.3 project to a different project in version 5.4, and for some reason, even when I enable the 'Enable Root Motion' feature, the character doesn't stay in place. How can I solve this problem?

Don't make the same mistake as me, in 5.4 the editor has a bug where it freezes every 2 seconds, the performance is terrible, the lighting is broken and when you enable root motion it can't lock the character in place. I'd recommend switching back to UE 5.3 and waiting for 5.5 cause the performance boost they were talking about is insignificant when you compare 5.3 and 5.4. You can still use 5.4 for the new control rig and animation retargeting stuff but export back to 5.3.

I agree with masterybegins, the performance I’m getting on 5.4 is terrible, so I would assume that the root motion issue you are having is a bug due to the engine version.

@@MattAspland Yes, I realized the problem. In version 5.3, even though the enable root motion feature was active, the character remained stationary, but this didn't happen in version 5.4. Actually, root motion appears to be active in the game, but it doesn't show in the preview... The issue has been resolved, thank you. I will revert to version 5.3. :D
