Whoever designed the robot is...EVIL GENIUS. That company will never have to worry about paying retirement because no employee is going to be able to stay long enough to get it. Is in robot language that whistle means "See Ya. "

As a BJs employee i found out exactly what the robut is for. It travels the store and takes pictures of the store shelves and those pictures are sent to their main headquarters so the higher ups can see the condition of the store. Thats its soul purpose to take pictures .

We had a local auto parts store that had a looped tape recording that was sent through the PA system. It would randomly say "Security check in aisle 6"... or whatever. If you were the only one in aisle 6, you'd wonder WTF is going on. I complained about it and others must have also, because they got rid of it. Maybe it drove the staff crazy as well.

Just so you know, the cabin air filter actually filters outside air coming into the vehicle, so your cooking will not effect it....

May want to look for Bass Pro Shops and Cabellas. They are usually friendly to overnight stays, especially if you buy a little something in the store. Cheers!

Another good, informative, video! We have Costco and Sam's Club in Texas for bulk stuff. The quality is good, but you have to have major storage area for sure. I love the idea of parking at car lots if you have the right kind of van. That robot would for sure drive me crazy if I was working there. Christmas music immediately after Halloween is bad enough!

BJ's isn't worth it. I reinstated my membership after I let it lapse way back in the early 2000's and half the produce I bought was semi fresh, but goes bad due to not eating it fast enough. I learned to pre prep and freeze, but in the end, you're better off at a regular market. I love your channel btw! I'm in Mass too and I think you're beyond brave to camp in this weather, especially in the Berkshires! Stay Warm!

I mix different spices together in one container just like you did. The only thing is sprinkles are for ice cream or some kind of dessert. They always have sugar in them.

Yeah that's why I felt no guilt about it whatsoever. Also, at least 20 other people dropped there cars off there and leave them overnight, so its a common thing I guess.

BJ’s , Sam’s club & Costco are members only. The only reason I have one is because of military discount and the gas. But I do buy if I have a party or holidays. it’s great for families

I enjoy your content. I like your laid back attitude. Why don’t you make coffee in your van, it would be a lot cheaper. There are companies like Ecoflow who sell power stations with an accessory to hook up directly to your battery to charge the power station. Then it would power a coffee maker and electric blankets. The electric blankets that plug into 120 ac use very little power. Two ideas that might make it more comfortable for you.

I forgot to mention that the accessory is called an alternator charger so it charges the power station while the engine is running. Your cigarette outlet supplies maybe 150 watts while the alternator charger supplies 800 watts.

I also really on coffee shops for the wifi and breakfast, so I don't mind paying for the coffee. I did, in fact, have a coffee maker but used it so rarely in the van I just got rid of it.

I think the only way to buy in Costo or BJ is to have a member get u a gift card, then u can shop. That robot thing would freak me out with that whistling. OMG. I would def quit the job. hahaha. Hope ur week is going well and finding good parking.

I generally travel in Canada. I have stealth camped at Canadian Tire a few times. I parked on the side of the building near the service department. I arrive after closing and leave early. Never a problem. I tried it once at a GM dealership too. No problem.

Dollar tree has chopped onions frozen. BJs is a bulk store like Costco or Sam's Club, requires membership.

The robot is for inventory. Bonus benefits are employee morale and to baffle customers. (Yes I made that up). I needed that laugh dude...punch it in the face🤣🤣 If you really wanted a BJs membership, I'd look for a discount code of coupon. Honestly, I can't see much use for one living in a van. I uses to buy water filter cartridges way cheaper than Walmart but they stopped carrying them so I'm done with my membership. With the membership you can clip digital coupons to make some of the prices better than other places, but then you gotts store the bulk items. I did get a couple killer deals on tires and installation. Not sure how the prices compare nowadays.

Filters are an easy change and you can do it yourself and save money. I’m sure someone on KZbin has made a video about it and Walmart has filters of all kinds. Also do you own a pair of jeans? You’re too young to have checked out on pants. lol

3:00 why are you upset about the robot? But i think its a waste of money for the stores. Soon enough stores will know what you selected via camera, chip, and product placement. You will pay for everything as soon as you walk out the door with chip scanning at the door. It will be very convenient for the consumer. The downside is that they will know your store account holdings from when you walked into the store, if you put more in your cart than you can afford than expect security to check you before you make it 10 feet past the scan out. If you don't like it, than don't shop there. But places like Costco have already proved that prices can be much more affordable by creating limitations on who can enter. The more affordable prices will drive honest shoppers to them and concentrate the thieves to the coemption.
