Stealth Electric Bike Factory Build Process in Australia

My long awaited purchase of my 1st electric bike is finally here. I couldn’t believe I only live 30 minutes away from the factory that builds all Stealth electric bikes and ships them worldwide.
Here’s a look into my F-37 bike build and look out for Part 2 where I test it out and go for a ride.

Great vid man its good to see a real bomber rather than all the knock offs on ebey, i dont no how they get away with selling/titling them as stealth bombers for 1500 pounds brand new🤣. Also the audio was mega quiet on this one man i had to use my head phones and even then it wasn't to loud until the welding part nearly blew the phones lol.

I own an f-37 and the only issues I had with it are the carbon style aluminium plates on the front sides. They are secured only on 2 sides with a screw and not on all 4 sides of the square. Only a small impact can bend these and there goes the waterproofing.... The definition of small force meaning you can bend them with a finger. I personally glued them in place but it took more then one attempt.

Just hit a pothole with 20 miles and knocked a magnet loose in the hub motor. Glued it back in place with superglue and JD weld. Will get a knew magnet since this one is broken. Had a squeeking noise and thought it might be the bearings. Was not as it turned out....

@@kimhyunwoo8983 It was dark and the roads are crappy. Did not turn on the lights proper. Should have put it on max. Also damaged a hall sensor it turned out that killed the controller later. Lol it was so much fun repairing it. Spent at least 2000 USD. Still have the broken magnet in the motor. Bought new ones that got stuck on the plane, like literally.

It’s quite quiet. At speed the tyres make as much noise as the hub motor

If you convert to a sine wave controller they are pretty much silent.

Yeah they are definitely water resistant but I personally think if you land in a lake it might be an issue

Would love to make my own but when I checked into the minefield of AliExpress and ordering wrong parts ect I decided to buy. It was a bit pricey but it’s an amazing machine. Definitely depends on whether you wanna splash out the cash.
