My brother was smoking on a walking trail and another smoker came up, they ended up matching bowls. When my brother pulled out his bag of flowers to pack the bowl, the other guy said “oh you’re a grower?” Simply because the guy saw my brothers terplock grove bag. The grove bag blew his cover!!! He doesn’t even really grow like that, he got the bags from me 😂

i used to use an ozone device called a uvonair, i believe the 1500 model. it came with test strips to check the air after use for safety. it tested fine after sealing the room up for a day but i still was careful with it. i opened windows and exhausted air after being away for a while. it gave the air the smell of lightning storms is the best way i can describe it.

Maybe a video on root zone temperature would be very helpful.I think root zone temperature is severely overlooked! Root zone management is one of the most crucial aspects of cannabis cultivation. After all, the roots are the primary route for essential water and nutrients to reach plant tissues. The root system will develop and function best when kept within a specific temperature range (usually between 70 and 78 F, 18-25 C).

His advise about not telling people is one of the most important things. Really people Don't tell anyone. Loose lips sinks ships. People get jealous, get annoyed. People are selfish. They will rat you out. If they see you with cash or see you spending and getting nice things. They will talk and you will not be safe.

Fan filters are essential. Pressure deficit and how to achieve it in your room also essential. Growing weed is easy. Growing top shelf cannabis at home takes practice. Ive been doing it for a decade now and still have sticky situations from time to time. But I take note, change the method and then continue. Practice makes perfection , same goes for odor control. Ona gel is good but really just smells like air freshner on top of green buds.

The gel is awesome as a booster.. you def have to use a carbon filter but if there’s just the slightest smell leftover after the filter the ONA brand gel does take care of that very effectively

Someone should devote a channel specifically for this topic as it isnt covered enough. 90% of weed growers worldwide have to grow illegally. I take it very seriously to the point where i have 2 filters and the fan is plugged into an APC battery back up, if the power goes out in my flat, my filter fan will still be spinning for over 3.5 hours cleaning the air. I also have a brand new spare fan in case the one i use somehow stops working I can be up and running again in around 2 minutes.

I use an ozone generator. Only breathing ozone is toxic, just remember to change the air after use. I used in the drying room, around the grow room (plants can't breathe ozone) and into hydroponic nutrient solution with an air stone as good sterilizing effect. Very good for smell control!

The problem with saying that your tent is a closet is the fans. I've never seen a free standing closet with fan noises coming out of it. I used to have to grow in a little closet and it was a pain in the ass, moving to a legal state was the best thing I could have done. VA is way better than NC.

The #1 greatest way to cover up smell in a pinch is cooking bacon. Otherwise be preventative and purchase a pail of ONA Gel, the best $50 you'll spend. This is for those who aren't using carbon air filtration.

I have an ozone machine. It puts an extra oxygen molecule in the air that wants to attach itself to any other molecule and destroys it. I want to say it's oxidizing. It's not safe for humans, plants, or animals while the machine is running. Good news is that the extra oxygen molecules dissipate fast. 1 hour of ventilation and you're good to go. It definitely eliminates all smells completely. There's literally no smell at all in the room, good or bad. It really does neutralize ALL smells. It smells like nothing which sounds crazy until you experience it.

I use ozone generators for my job. We put them in houses to eliminate odors. If I were to walk into the house after a good ozone is formed and breath it in you will go unconscious. Then we leave the doors open to get fresh air in. The smell in the area of the ozone is unbearable.

Regarding ozone generators, be very careful with them! You're not meant to run them for more than four hours at a time and you're not supposed to be in the home when they're running. Inhaling ozone damages your lungs cilia and can lead to severe respiratory problems. In my opinion they're not a viable method for smell reduction because you can't be in the home when they're running. Realtors use them when selling homes that were owned by cig smokers. They're also used for removing dead body smell, so yeah they're no joke.
