## The process through which the dissolved gases are removed from water is called the “Deaeration Process”. The equipment, which is used in this method, is called “Deaerator“. # Why do we use deaerators?… The Deaerator (DA) tank uses steam to preheat boiler feedwater to a temp. at which dissolved O2 & CO2 will become separated from the feedwater before it is pumped to the boiler. The purpose is to protect the boiler and steam/condensate piping from corrosion that would be present when the water evaporates into steam. Please, read carefully. The boiler contains a large cone inside, surrounded by spiral rods, and cover with insulation layers. Those black rods you see penerating inside are called spiral rods. The burner supplies fire to heat the rods at a higher maximum temperature to produce steam. During the operation, all the valves safty 1&2 are closed,includingsteam value. When the steam is read to transfer through is line it open and the steam goes to another pot which is full of CRUDE. Crude is a waste product from an oil manufacturer. It then refined with different steps in chemical company, finally produced glycerin. Glycerin is used to mix (ANY) type of soap or gel any liquid. Infant is used to mix some of our drinks and beverages we consume daily. Glycerin is colorless, and little beat sticks in hand. I love working with this type of boiler. I can dismantle it and assemble it back.

How are those pipes that initially fill with steam getting their steam if those pipes done connect to the water?

You see to the right that’s actually smoke going out the chimney system and the steam is actually being caused by the heat of those fire tubes … if the water level is too high tho you’ll get water going through the pipes instead of steam and if the water was too low .. well… I don’t think I need to tell you how bad that can be 😂 aha but nah I can see where you might have gotten confused but no that’s smoke being expelled through the roof and the steam is contained inside the boiler itself and then automatically released through the main valve up top

Please, read carefully. Those rods can be inserted open the head and bottom. There are nuts/bots covered with water proof protector that can resist heat. Wait what is going thru those grey moving matter having pipes if it isnt STEAM or water? Is that just hot air being pushed? If so why does it create SMOKE at whatever a smoke box is?!

This design is a fire tube boiler. The tube contains hot air that heats up the water in the vessel which generates the steam. The smoke is most probably from burning of the fuel e.g. coal which flows through the tubes and passes through the economizer.

Yep as you see the fire is going through tubes that are in water.. where as a water tube boiler is the exact opposite.. water in tubes being heated by surrounding fire 😊 I’m new too only 3 days into know boilers even exist 😅😂😂
